The Workout: Several pitches in for today’s Q.

Aiken legs by Breach- 20 step ups, 20 one leg Squats, 20 prisoner squats

Arms by Gump- dips bear crawl, BTW, bear crawl, dips bear crawl, people’s chair, crawlbear, Erkins ,bear crawl, BTW, crawl bear, erkins.

The Gross by LED- 12 reps of 12 exercises. Lbc, WWII, LSF, Merican hammer, boat canoe, wide merkins, reg merkins, diamond merkins, box cutters, heel taps, burpees, …?….

Rocks by Fonzie-2 rounds of  25 reps curls for girls, shoulder press, chest press, skull crushers, rut rows.

To tennis courts and did 3 runs of vacuum cleaners with partner and 5 shoulder tapes at end of each run.

Warm Up:- Run around the pond and circle up for 22 counts of SSH, GoodMornings, Imperial Walkers, Prisoner Squats and Frankensteins

The Workout: Using the F3 deck of misery we moseyed down the rock pile to get things started with 22 counts of Curls for the girls, Tricep extensions Trunks twists, sumo squats, and Ground Pounders and then 5 card draws.

Mosey to the bathroom shelter for 22 counts of balls to the wall, peoples chair, Australian mountain climbers and seal clap peoples chair.

Mosey to the wall behind the baseball field for some dips, and 5 more card draws.

Snake run up and down the hill and mosey back to the parking lot to finish off the deck and a 4-exercise ab burnout. LBC’s Low Slo Fludders, Box Cutters, and Homer to Marge.

Warm Up:2 Laps around the parking lot, SSH x 20, Good Mornings X 10, Cotten Pickers x 10
The Workout:Splint into teams of 2 (1 team of 3).  The goal was to complete 100 Merkins, 100 LBCs and 300 Squats.  The team of 3 completed 150, 300, and 600.  PAX 1 executed as many reps as possible while PAX 2 rand the length of the parking lot and back.  This did not take as long as expected.  Rinse and repeat.  On the second round no the exercises were changed to 200 overhead press, 200 reverse LBCs and 400 calf raises.

Once complete, Norm reviewed Rooting and Striking.  30 single strikes and 30 – 3 count strikes.

A trip to the Five & Dime

23 HIM’s posted in the gloom at the Trot this morning for a little arm work with a little gray block of cement!

Warm Up: Led by FedEx – 5 burpee penalties were doled out to all pax who showed up to run EC while remaining pax held squats, SSH, Good Mornings, IW, Hillbillies, Michael Phelps, Fozio AC forward / reverse all in cadence. YHC added an additional 5 burpees in honor of Puddles who had requested on Tuesday that the pax perform burpees on his behalf since he had to return to his new abode in Beaufort, NC. We miss you Puddles!

The Workout: Two year F3 anniversary for FedEx and Double D who co-Q’ed a trip back in time to the days of the local Five & Dime. Cinder blocks were conveniently placed across the parking lot and Pax were instructed to push, pull, drag, or get cinder block anyway they so chose across parking lot to tennis courts without block leaving the asphalt. Once inside all Pax lined up at one end and a series of sets of 5 & dimes were called by YHC across the courts of curls for the girls, overhead presses, uneven merkins, blocks around the waist, rut rows, box jumps and plank jacks on blocks. At each end FedEx called an exercise with or without blocks of balls to the wall, mountain climbers on blocks, LBC’s, American hammers, wonder bra’s, etc, and then the series of 5 & dimes resumed back to the opposite end of courts. After a several trips to the Five and Dime blocks were then carried back out off the courts to be pushed, pulled, dragged back across the lot to YHC’s truck to be loaded up for another day! An audible was called for 10 burpees OYO after loading up the blocks.

YHC encouraged the Q’s to mix up their workouts by adding whatever they so choose and to think outside the box like assigning penalties to those who performed EC.   • Circle up for curls for the girls than wheel barrel up the stairs, Spiderman down the ramp and run back to the abyss to repeat with other partner
  • Back to rock circle for ruh rohs than sprint up grass hill for type writers followed by returning to the abyss
  • Triceps extensions with the rocks and John Cusack back to parking lot for some barely curling
  • Circle up for some Jack Webs with rocks
  • Return the rocks and run to the tennis courts for Mary

Warm Up: Mosey around the parking lot. 20 SSH IC, 15 Imperial Walkers IC, 15 Hillbillies IC, 10 Moroccan Nightclubs IC, Michael Phelps.

The Workout:

Modified Apple Turnovers: Bear crawl 2 parking spaces, merkin, flip over, WW2, crab walk back 2 parking spaces, WW2, flip over, merkin. Repeat 4 times OYO, then picked up the 6.

Moseyed to the wall for Ascending and Descending Testicles. YHC called out various degrees until his arms were jello. At 90 degrees, some of us discovered that we can get our feet over the top of the wall…file that away for another workout.

We then moseyed back to the parking lot for 4 Corners, Abs and Legs edition. PAX partnered up, each partner did 50 of an exercise while a second exercise was held.

At Corner 1, 50 squats, hold squat.

Mosey to Corner 2, 50 low slow flutter, hold legs 6 inches above ground.

Bear crawl to Corner 3, 50 star jumps, hold squat.

Mosey to Corner 4, 50 WW2s, hold legs 6 inches above ground. Crab walk back to Corner 1.

We then moseyed back to the wall for Ascending and Descending Testicles, round 2.

Finally, moseyed to the shelter.

Warm Up

A fun jog around Club Worx back to the tennis courts for warm up consisting of: 36 SSH for 36 months of F3 for me, good mornings, daisy pickers, imperial walkers and hill billy’s.

 

The Workout

  • Line up on the tennis courts for: wheel barrels, bear crawls, crawl bears, crab walk and reverse crab walks
  • Run to rock pile, grab rocks and then line up on soccer field for fun with rocks consisting of curls for the girls, ruh rohs, triceps extensions and LipSync’s 8 step full body lift that is actually only 6 steps. Between each arm exercise run to other end of field and back which included one 10 set of merkins for one of the runs because we were 20 minutes into the workout and haven’t done any merkins.
  • John Cusack to parking lot for down and back Bearly Curling.
  • Return rocks and separate into 2 groups of 8 so each brother can do 10 abyss merkins between 2 picnic tables while the other 7 did various experiences consisting of LBCs, WWII and monkey humpers
  • Run to little pavilion for 10 dips and then run to tennis courts for Mary consisting of Freddy Mercurys, low slow flutter, American hammers and 1 minute of have a nice day.
