Who is Tyson?

PAX: Pax of 5 this morning at Santa’s Workshop.
Warm Up: Side Straddle Hopes, imperial walkers, cotton pickers, windmills, arm circles, and Michael Phelps.
The Workout:10 Rounds of Tyson. (10 rounds, each round consists of 5 stations with 10 reps at each station for a total of 50 reps per round and a grand total of 500 reps. ran about 50 yards between stations . Round 1= Merkins, round 2= WWII’s, round 3= Squats, round 4= cinder block rows, round 5= LBC’s, round 6= cinder block clean and press/sumo squats, round 7= Diamond Merkins, round 8= America Hammer, round 9= Lunges, round 10= BURPEES!

Prayer: Friends/ family battling injuries or sickness. Also, number of people traveling to and from vacation.

Beatdown at Santa’s Workshop (JOCO)

Pax of 4 at Santa’s Workshop for a morning beatdown. 

Warm Up: Lap around the park followed by side straddle hops, imperial walkers, good mornings, hillbillies, and arm circles.
The Workout: Dora made an appearance with 100 merkins, 200 squats, and 300 LBC with 100 yard sprint down and back. We followed Dora with 11’s across the tennis courts with carolina dry docks and bobby hurleys.
