Warm Up:
Ran Around the Park twice doing various exercises and Stretches
The Workout:
Headed to the railing to do the following
Group A did 15 Irkins, 15 Derkins and 15 Dips; Group B did Plank, Right arm up, Left arm up; Switch
Group A did 15 Irkins, 15 Derkins and 15 Dips; Group B did Plank, Right arm up, Left arm up; Switch
Group A did 10 Irkins, 10 Derkins and 10 Dips; Group B did Plank, Right arm up, Left arm up; Switch
Went to the tennis courts to do 11’s with Carolina Wine Makers and Deep Squats
Heading to the parking lot where Bear Crawl Races took place. The winner did 10 Monkey Humpers and the Loser did 10 Star Jumps

Pax of 10 in gloom for a good time beatdown

Warmup: Quick jog up to Green Oaks for some SSH, then on the move to the guard rails for Good Mornings, on the move to the light pole for some windmills and then to the corner for some squats. Finish at the bottom of the hill at RoviSys.
Main Event:
Round 1: Bearcrawl up the hill with 5x merkins every 10 steps, jog back around to the handrail ramp. Plank holds on the rails while the last man bear crawls under the pax. When the last man gets back on the rail, merkin. Jog back to the bottom of the hill.
Round 2: Partner up, Wheel barrel up to the end of the brick wall, switch if needed. If you have to switch 10 merkins for both partners. Jog back around to the bottom of the hill.
Round 3: Partner 1 run to the transformer at the top of the hill, partner 2 does squats then switch when partner 1 gets back, Lap 2 Partner 1 does burpees while partner 2 runs, then switch. Lap 3 partner 1 does big boy situps while partner 2 is running then switch.
On the move back to the school. Stop at the guardrails for 20x dips, 10x Irkins, and 10x derkins. Mosey back to the corner for 10x Imperial walkers and 10x Hillbillies. Mosay back to school for Mary
Mary: (Bodies) playing of the song Bodies when the chorus says let the bodies hit the floor pax does a burpee when they scream out a number you do that number of merkins. Hold plank in between.
Announcements: Peak Week and Forceps are in the Truth is nature ministry and they are in need of more kids to enter the program. If you know of any middle school/high school kids who have a single mom let them know.
Prayers: DawgPounds wife’s grandmother is sick and they are on their way to PA to see her, prayer for a safe journey and best wishes to their family. Forceps son is having migraines, they have tried many things and it does not seem to be helping. Prayers that they can find the root cause and give him some relief. Chicken foot taking his son’s friend out to breakfast, he is lost and in need of some help. Closed in COT.

Eastern Carolina Dealing with Hurricane
On this day, we await remnants of Michael. Schools are closed, but for most of us it will be business as usual.
EC streak alive with Nemo, Deadbolt, 187, Pablo and Warbucks doing the standard loop
Warm Up: Jog around the soccer fields and circle up in starting lot for the usual including Good Mornings, SSH, Mt. Climbers, Fazio Arm Circles, and another set of SSH. Shifted to some leg stretch to close it out.
The Workout: On the jog to back corner of soccer fields we stopped at top of greenway hill. Partnered up for a brutal set. Partner 1 was on the run to bottom of hill and back while Partner 2 was AMRAP select exercise. We did this 5 freaking times. Exercise order was merkins, burpees, squats, SSH and air press – this was all about pushing yourself to a limit. After each Partner completed each of the 5 exercises and 5 laps on the hill, we recovered on the jog back to the parking lot where we found the wall and alternated BTTW and dips on the bench. 5 rounds, again, working up from a 10 count to a 14 count.

Prayer: Lab Rat house on market and preparing for move and to work with his family business leading sales for Oyster Farm, all those impacted by Michael and still recovering from Florence, all our brothers through unspoken prayer. YHC took us out.

Warm Up: Jogged around the starting lot and circled up on the other side of the half pipe. SSH, Fazio Arm Circles, Moroccan Night Clubs, Good Mornings. Jogged over to next lot for SSH and arm stretches. YHC was so tired from a really long day and late night that one count somehow only went to 9, but we kept moving.
The Workout: On the jog to the big lot where we lined up and set a target about halfway across the lot. On my go, sprint to the other side. Drop to plank hold for the 6, then merkins x10 on my down, followed by a set of LBCs then everyone’s favorite, turned over for back planks. On my go, up and sprint back to start, plank for 6, merkins x8, back plank and repeat. Went down to 4 and back up to 10. 8 sprints. Recover on the jog back to start lot, lined up bottom of hill. Bear crawl up, plank hold for the 6, then merkins x10 and crawl bear back down. 8 merkins at bottom, back up for 6. You get the point. “Broken” Jack Webs on a 1:3 up to 10:30 merkins:air press. Sprints between sets for 6 more sprints. Jog to midfield and back to slow things down then circled up for Mary.
Mary: Quick set with some Homer to Marge, Low Slow Flutters, Pickle #ers.

Warm Up: Mosey around the pond and circle up for Imperial Walkers, Squats, Merkins and LBC’s
The Workout: Mosey down the greenway to Veterans Park for stop by the flagpole for Step ups, Dips, Irkins, and crunchy frogs. Continue around the pond 2nd stop for LBC’s and Merkins, continue on around to the monument for split squats, low slo fludder homer to marge, mosey back to jones park for some fun with rocks. 20 counts of curls for the girls, tricep extensions and groundpounders.

Prayer: For folks affected by the hurricane and to be better role models in the community
Pax of 5 showed up in the gloom for Nutcracker and shunned the Purple Cobra (Blue Hen, Norm, Puddles, Chicken Foot and Breach)

The Workout: The new F3 deck of pain, all new cards deck of fun created by the wizards of F3. 35 mins of assorted exercises that included Monkey Humpers, Diamond Merkins, Split squats, Plank holds, Low slow flutter, 200-400 meter sprints and some ended with 100 Side straddle hops
Announcements: F3 guys in the east are banding together to help the folks that are affected by the hurricane, showing what great character they have.
Prayer: Message was about having the strength of character, having power but using it responsibility to make a positive impact on those around us.
Pray for the folks affected by the hurricane and to continue to bring positive energy in the community
Warm Up:
Started on the initial ½ mile jog when we saw a Mercedes SUV roll in late. Circled back to pick up Midget for Life. Burpees while we waited for him to get out of his car and tie his shoes.

Nemo was back on the Q and looking to get the heart rate up during this traditional boot camp style beat down.

Warm Up: Jog around soccer fields and circled up for Good Mornings, Fazio Arm Circles forward and reverse, Goofballs, Arm Stretch
The Workout: On the jog to the lower lot where we set up on the benches for 3 sets (1st 2 sets all ICx15, last set ICx20) of Tempo Dips – SSH – Shoulder Taps – LBCs – Nipplers. Recovered on the jog around the lot between sets. On the jog back down the road towards Optimist Farm we stopped at bottom of greenway. Split in 2 groups. Group 1 was on the run up the hill to touch fence at back corner of soccer fields and return. Group 2 was SSH the whole time. Each group made the run 2x. On the jog back to the start.

Announcements: Countoff was 12, Name-o-rama, discussed new AO set to start next Tue at Harris Teeter parking lot – great leadership Peeping Tom. Deadbolt assisting family friends in Wallace who are dealing with very bad flood damage and he is rallying to make a trip there to deliver gas/money/supplies and a helping hand.
