Warm Up: On the move to the front of the school for 22 counts of Imperial Walkers, SSH, Frankensteins, Prisoner Squats, and Daisey Pickers
The Workout: 5 Rounds of Chewbacca style (30 secs on 10 rest between exercises) 10 cycles for each round, Mosey to a different spot around the school between rounds
