2- KB Swings, w/ Jump, Squats, Lunge with Swing, Jumping Lunges
3-Uneven Pushups, Crawl Bear to Start Bear Crawl back, Plank to knee tap, lateral skaters
4-Plank, hollow hold, Mountain Climbers, Russian Hammers
