The Workout:

Part 1 (10 minutes): 

One arm 

  • 5x Snatches
  • 4x Rows
  • 4x Hang cleans
  • 4x squats

SWITCH Sides and repeat. Continue alternating sides for 10 min. 

Part 2 (10 minutes):

  • 2 minutes Around the World reverse lunge

MOVE TO KNEELING POSITION

  • 45 seconds Uppercut bottoms up press 
  • 45 second Twist upper cuts
  • 45 sec high pulls

SWITCH Sides and repeat

Part 3 (10 min): 

LINE UP

  • 15x Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Kettlebell Plank Drag
  • 10 Breakdancers

Warm Up: good mornings, parking lot mosey, ssh, sir fazio, chinooks, willy maze haze, hillbilly, windmill

The Workout:

PAX moseyed to rock pile to choose their favorite large rock and found a partner. 

The Q demonstrated a cocaine bear crawl and marked 7 parking lot lines as the length of the course. Each group was assigned the task of 150 ground pounders, 150 rut rows, and 150 ww2 while their partner performed a roundtrip of the parking lot course. 

 

Mary:

LBCs, heel taps, homer to marge, pickle pounder, j-lows for 15 rep cadence count .

Used the last 5 mins to stretch / yoga

FNGs:na Warm Up: 1/2 mile mosey with intermittent stops for hill Billie’s, imperial walkers, Frankenstein, sir Fazio arm circles, home school high fives, step ups The Workout: Cletus crew rolled up on Ceazy Ivan and joined there thang. Kettlebell and coupon circle with 11 stations for 2 rounds. 30 seconds in, 15 seconds rest.

When transitioning from a corner to another tennis court the PAX crawled a bear squares.  Corners were Merkins, side straddle hips, squats and big boy sit-ups. Mary: Picking up cones. Warm Up: Multiple mosey and stop for thunder-hops, frankenstein, imperial walkers, hill billies. Mosey to the wall by the baseball field for step ups, merkins, dips for 2 rounds

The Workout: 

Got coupons from the rock pile and did 2 sets of movements before the Q selected a PAX to select a number between 1 and 5. Each number selected was for a different station. The PAXs bear crawled the selected station, leaving their rocks for the moment. We hit all the stations and hit station 4 twice. After completing the exercise at the station the PAX bear crawled back. We repeated this for what ended up being 6 rounds.

The Workout:

Move 10 yards/ 10 x merkin/ 10 x plank exercise
For the Move, rotating between skater jumps, forward lunge,  backward Lunge
10 standard merkins
For the plank, roating between shoulder taps/spidermans/plank jacks for 10 sets
Before commencing merkins, plank hold while PAX answer a question about F3 or something they are grateful for.

Mosey followed by: wall for step ups, dips, irkins, dirkins for 2 sets of 10 reps each

Warm Up:

  1. Side Straddle Hop
  2. Squats

The Workout:

Perform the circuit below for 3 rounds, with 45 seconds of work per exercise, 15 seconds of rest, and 1 minute of rest between rounds. Alternate arms or sides as needed. Adjust weight for proper form and intensity.

Lower Body Focus

  1. Kettlebell Goblet Squat
    • Hold the kettlebell at chest height, squat low, and engage quads and glutes.
  2. Kettlebell Deadlift
    • Focus on hamstrings and glutes with a flat back.
  3. Kettlebell Reverse Lunge
    • Place one foot on a low surface behind you, holding the kettlebell at your chest or in one hand.

Upper Body Focus

  1. Kettlebell Clean and Press (Alternating)
    • Clean the kettlebell to your shoulder, then press overhead.
  2. Kettlebell Bent-Over Rows (Alternating)
    • Hinge at the hips and row the kettlebell to your torso, alternating sides.
  3. Kettlebell Halo
    • Circle the kettlebell around your head, keeping your core tight.

Full-Body/Cardio Focus

  1. Kettlebell Swings
    • Use explosive hip movement to swing the kettlebell to shoulder height.
  2. Kettlebell Lateral Lunge with Pass-Through
    • Step out to the side and pass the kettlebell under your leg. Alternate sides.
  3. Kettlebell Ground Pounder
    • Combine a squat with an overhead press for a powerful full-body movement.

Core Focus

  1. Kettlebell American Hammers
    • Sit and twist side to side with the kettlebell. Lift feet for an extra challenge.
  2. Kettlebell Plank Drag
    • In a plank position, drag the kettlebell from side to side under your torso.

4 Tour the ponds

Avoiding the ice

FNGs: None

Warm Up: Four corner mosey around HS with GM, WMH, Merkins, Arm Circles

The Workout: Mosey to Amphitheater.  Groups of Three.  

Pax 1: 5x Derkins, Erkins, Step Ups (repeat until partner returns)

Pax 2: Run to parking garage

Pax 3: 5x Inverted Rows, CDD, Squats at parking garage. 

Each PAX is released when their partner arrives.

Two rounds: BTTW, People’s Chair, Copperhead Squats

Mary: Mosey to Flag. Each PAX chose favoriate Mary exercise for 5 count.

Back Blaster

Warm Up: GM, WMH, SSH, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps

The Workout: With Kettlebell, took a lap around the soccer field on the trail stopping every 50 Meters for an exercise.  During mosey conducted one of Cusack, curls, triceps, farmer carry (R&L), murder bunnies or lunge with KB pass through. Exercises: 10x wonder bra; 10x Renegade Row (R&L); 10x booby-d-booby-d. 10x pullover; 10x wonder bra

At Amphitheater: 2 rounds

10x Single Arm Row (R&L); 10x SL Bulgarian Squat (R&L) 10x booby-d-boody-d; 10x pullover

At Large Picnic Shelter – Dora-esk (100 alternating merkins on the bell; 100 Squat/Curl/OH Press; 100 KB swings w high pull) while partner ran to the playground and 5 pull-ups/inverted rows.  Time ran out.  Most PAX got about 50-60 reps into each exercise. 

Rows, Pullovers & Pull-Ups: Good BACK BLASTER workout. 

Mary: Mosey to the Flag; farmers carry, curls, triceps w KB.
