Three’s Company

Warm Up:  PAX of two (Doc and Dauber) joined up at the Womble playground under brisk windy conditions and began looking for the some friendly faces.  Skidmark had reached out to Dauber two hours earlier and sought support for a Q in his absence.  Clock struck 1900 and PAX were off for an abbreviated Murph.

The Workout:  Quick run followed by numerous pull-ups, merkins and squats.  More stretching and lots of banter.  Out of the blue, Huggies stopped by and began cranking out pull-ups.  Incredible energy and passion on display by this young man.  Adding another PAX made this workout more enjoyable – Definitely Three’s Company.  More stretching and additional exercises were done by all.  Final running to wrap up the abbreviated Murph.

Nice double-down Doc and Dauber.

Mary:  Dynamic and Static stretches

Announcements:  See Slack & FB

Prayer:  Dauber led the PAX; prayers for our family and kids; injured PAX.

Leadership doesn’t mean being the best. It means bringing the best out in everyone else.

Where is everyone staying?

Did you take the cocaine

Some titles need no explanation. Other ones need some clarification. If you have ever posted with Huggies then you know he has the gift for gab. Think Sliderule on crack. Tonight was far different. Everything was grandiose. His speech intense. Remember the micro machine guy. Seemed like a very logical question to ask.

Some EC by Shredder and Skidmark.

Warm Up: mosey for a mile
The Workout: some morphs, some m.k modifies as needed
Mary:
Announcements:  CSAUP 2/9

Tea for One under a Full Moon

Warm Up:  Static Stretches

The Workout:  One PAX arrived 10 mins early (on-time) and began warming up in the -2.2 deg C temps under a gorgeous full moon.   With no sign of other F3 bruvva, Dauber stepped in as Q and began the Murph:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull-ups ( 90% assisted)

200 Various Versions of Merkins (wide, diamond, hand-release, standard, derkins too)

300 Squats (standard, prisoner)

1 Mile Run (one minute slower)

Lots of time to take in the surroundings.  I imagined what John Deere would be observing at this point:   futbol lads practising on the pitch; less then a score of HSRC were scurrying about; a HSPD bobby was catching up on paperwork in his parked jam butty; and a scoundrel was vaping in the shadows of the clubhouse.  Torn between the sordid cherry vape stench and a delightful wood-burning stove aroma, Dauber kept his olfactory sense in check and pondered if an F3 brother grunts while doing an exercise on an empty playground, does the grunt really account for a sound?  I wish I had the playlist from Mookie at Any Given Sunday.

Mary:  More Static Stretches

Announcements:  None

Prayer:  Unspoken

Cheers Mates!  (Dauber Q)

No disrespect JD…safe travels
