The Workout:
On the track. 4 man Indian Run
8 reps of the following: Merkins, WWII, Squats, Turkish Getups, Plank Jacks, Star Jumps, SSH, burpees
Run 1 lap do merkins, Run 2nd lap do merkins, WWII… Stack all the way up and then come back down. Each lap run a different lane. Begin with lane 1 and move to lane 8.
