The Workout:

Round 1
Get a rock and head for a hill (Don’t upset the Neighbors across the fence)
11s Lunge in cadence at bottom and Squat press with rock at top
5 Burpees
Triceps Press on the way back to the rock pile
Return rock

Round 2
Head to the Play Ground
10 Pull ups
20 merkins

Round 3
Head to the Amphitheater

40-30-20 LBC with 6″ lift to rest
