PAXS: New Mexico, Chicken Hut, Ponzy, and Decoy (Guest Q at the “Moring After”)

Warm Up: Mozy around the parking lot followed by Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, and Arm Circles

The Workout: 20 Irkins, 20 cinderblock shoulder presses, 20 cinder block squats, 20 WW2, 10 Burpee’s, with a lap around the parking lot.  Rinse and Repeat times 5.
