Warm Up: Some good mumblechatter, discussed the routes and headed out.

The Workout:

UTI was enfuego with his Public Service Announcement for R4TJ this week and as a result, a strong contingent of PAX were fired up and ready for some miles. We aim to please at R4TJ so YHC had a 3 mile and 5 mile option available for PAX to take advantage of this morning.
