 1st round 20 merkins, run up hill to frisbee golf hole / net, run to frisbee golf tee, 20 merkins, run back to bottom of hill.

5th round 5 burpees
 Mosey’d to the Abyss for some 7’s which included Plank Jacks at top with Star Jumps at bottom.
