Warm Up:  Quick lap around the parking lot and then the usual – SSH, Arm Circles, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, Windmills, Daisy Pickers, Frankensteins

The Workout:  Headed to the back of the school for a simple but effective beatdown.
