Murph-Adjacent

Warm Up: SSH x25, Good mornings x10, windmills x10
The Workout: YHC has been doing murph training with some co-workers lately, so I figured I’d do a “murph-adjacent” workout today. It went like this:
- Jogged from the parking lot to Holly Springs road and back.
- Grabbed a rock. Curls for the girls x50
- Muricans x20
- Squats x30
- Went as long as time allowed. Ended up being about 7 rounds.
- Jogged down the greenway, around Veteran’s Park, and back to the parking lot for Mary.
Mary: plank hold for 10 count, side plank for 10 count each, LBCs x10, WWIIs x10
