Warm Up:
Started on the initial ½ mile jog when we saw a Mercedes SUV roll in late. Circled back to pick up Midget for Life. Burpees while we waited for him to get out of his car and tie his shoes.

7’s at the long tennis court – Burpees and Turkish Getups
Tunnel – Partner run, Balls to the Wall and Preacher Chair
