Pumpkin Work and Disc Golf Sprints

FNGs: None

Warm Up: 10 count in cadence:  Good morning, WMH, Frankenstein, Arm Circles, Seal Clap, Overhead clap, SSH. 

The Workout:

3 pumpkins, various sizes. 1 25lb plate. Rotated between exercises. 3 rounds 10 count in cadence : Curls, Triceps, Shoulder Press, Rows, Wonder Bra, Bus Driver, Squats. 

Disc Golf Sprints x 3 holes . Each PAX first drive. From that drive they were timed how fast they could get their disc to the basket. Started with the drive  farthest from the basket. The other PAXs do air squats until single PAX makes it to the basket. Winner at each hole watched losers do 5 burpees.
