The Workout: Multiple arm (tricep/Bicep) stretches on TRX; single leg squats; Lots of kettle bell work including swings, single arm swings, squats, rut-rows, lawn mowers, farmers carry, side lifts, lunges; on the yoga mat for stretching, planks, pigeon, leg lifts. 80s Rock kept me company
