COVID Friendly at Mutiny
We had a good morning at Mutiny/Red October with a total of 9 PAX. Five of them opted for kettlebells at RO while the remaining 4 opted for a boot camp beatdown that was COVID friendly from the size of the groups to the nature of the workout.
It all began with EC featuring LED, Buttermilk and YHC and a slightly modified route.
Once returning to the parking lot we had a few minutes to offer a COVID-friendly greeting and it was game on.
