It Takes Two to Tango

Pax of 2 showed up to dance in the full moonlight. We had a spectator (principal, perhaps?) at Herbert Akins for our first round of 11s, but either he satisfied himself that we weren’t trying to break into the school, or he got bored, but fortunately he drove off before we got to 11 monkey humpers.

Warm Up:

Jog the lot, 2-back-1-forward on the stripes, side shuffle back, lunges with hip rotations

The Workout:

Elevens
