Warm Up: Jog down to the fence at Jones Park and circle up for 22 counts of SSH, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers/Hillbillies and Daisey Pickers.

The Workout: Pick up a medium to heavy rock and John Cusack over to the front parking lot. Tabata style workout 6 exercises for 30 seconds on and then 10 seconds of rest. 3 rounds total with a mosey around the parking lot after each round.

Round 1: Air Chest Press, Goblet Squats, Rut Rohs, Split Squats, Dying Cockroaches and Mountain Climbers

Round 2: On the Ground Chest Presses, Sumo Squats, Renegade Rows, Trunk Twisters Curls for the Girls and Tricep Extensions.

Round 3: Diamond Merkins, Overhead Squats, Jackknives, Jump Lunges, Sumo Squats, and the Rockies

John Cusack back to rock pile to ditch rocks and mosey back to the parking lot for Mary

Mary:  11 Count Good mornings and Daisey pickeers ended with 100 SSH.
