PAX of 20 (with 3 FNG’s!) were down for some Ultimate Frisbee…we just can’t get enough.

Warm Up: Started out with some SSH, Good Mornings, and a quick round of stretching

The Workout: Team that scores gets to pick the exercise x10 (Squats, air jumps, mirkins, low slow flutter, lbc, etc) Shirts against the Skins. The Skins had the speedy wideouts and scored often. Eventually the Shirts played to their strength and went short and almost came back and tied ๐Ÿ™‚

Mary: Kid Cracker led us in some much needed Yoga stretches

Announcements: 9/11 Stairclimb, Patch brought up having a F3 representation at the local Christmas parades in Holly Springs and Fuquay
