The Workout:

It has been a while since we did some Balls to the Wall.
Bear Crawl from Playground to Band Shelter
20 Box Jumps
30 Cadence Count Balls to the Wall
15 Box Jumps
25 Cadence Count Balls to the Wall
10 Box Jumps
20 Cadence Count Balls to the Wall
Jog back to the Playground

Partner up for Stations
One team was the timer.  Specifically the Pax doing ButtWalks or Bear Crawl/Crawl Bear
